Corporate America is beginning to hire again as companies discover they still need humans.

For the past year, we’ve been told that AI was about to eliminate millions of jobs. Companies would need fewer workers, entry-level positions would disappear and entire departments could be replaced by software.

Now corporate America is beginning to hire again. According to The Wall Street Journal, companies including Alphabet, CSX and Booz Allen Hamilton plan to add workers after discovering that AI still has real limitations—and that growth still requires human beings.
